Dairy Sales Consultant

We're seeking a Dairy Sales Professional who enjoys being in the field, building trusted relationships, and delivering science-based solutions that make a measurable impact. Whether you bring years of dairy or animal health sales experience—or you're a motivated recent Animal Science graduate ready to learn—we want to hear from you.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with dairy producers throughout Central Texas
• Consult with farmers to improve herd health, calf performance, and operational efficiency
• Promote and support proven, science-backed animal health and nutrition solutions
• Work closely with a knowledgeable, supportive team that values collaboration and mentorship
• Manage a daily travel schedule, including regular overnights within the territory

• Passion for the dairy industry and helping producers succeed
• Strong communication skills and a consultative, relationship-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel daily with regular overnight stays
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow
• Experience is flexible:
  • Dairy, animal health, or ag-related sales experience OR
  • A degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related field with a strong interest in sales

• Competitive base salary of $50,000-$90,000, plus commissions
