Crew Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

We are committed to excellent guest service and are hiring a Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate has a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and strong guest service skills. This role involves interacting with guests and staff, taking orders, and helping with cleaning and prep work.

The Crew Member will help guests understand our menu offerings and take orders accurately. They will also assist with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work.

• Greets all guests in a warm and helpful manner
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed
• Completes opening and/or closing checklists
• Arrives early and prepared and is willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others
• Able to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
