Netsuite Business System Analyst

Support Specialist

• Own business analysis and functional design for Net Suite ERP initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support technical teams through build, testing, and deployment.
• Support successful adoption of Net Suite solutions through testing coordination, change management, documentation, and end-user training.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP-focused business analysis roles
• Hands‑on Net Suite experience supporting finance, supply chain, inventory, or order management
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process‑mapping skills
• Experience working with integrations, data mapping, and reporting
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business users, IT, and vendors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Willingness to work onsite in Sulphur Springs, TX
