Overview

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties. The hospital has enhanced and expanded the health care services available to the greater Sullivan community with its state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multiroom surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center.

A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area. Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics and a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department, including an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are offered at the Sullivan Sports Fitness & Rehabilitation Center, 216 West Main Street.

The Center provides an exercise specialist and massage therapist, and operates a fully equipped exercise facility open to the community through memberships. The Physical Rehab Dept is certified by the Missouri State Division of Workers  Compensation to treat occupational injuries.

Pay Range
: $17.75 - $25.56 / hour (Salary or hourly rate is based on job qualifications and relevant work experience)

• Provide routine, non-skilled patient treatments as prescribed by the physician and directed by the licensed therapist or therapist assistant.
• Assist Rehab Therapists as a second set of hands with patients (as needed) and maintain therapy equipment and areas.
• Transports patients safely and in a timely fashion.
• Input rehab charges, prepare charts, charge sheets and other documentation required for treatment, and create, compile, maintain and organize patient handouts and other departmental reports.
