Orthopedic Surgery Opening in Sullivan, MOSt. Louis 60mA well-established, high-volume multi-specialty clinic in Sullivan, MO is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving orthopedic team. Join a multi-specialty clinic located on the hospital campus Work alongside two experienced orthopedic surgeons and collaborate with primary care providers Flexibility to shape your orthopedic surgery practice based on your interests Perform surgeries, consultations, follow-ups, and in-office procedures Provide inpatient care directly or in collaboration with a hospitalist team Participate in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage Use Epic EMR for patient documentation and communication Access to advanced ORs, therapy and wellness services, wound care center, and other on-site resources Collaborate with tenured CRNA team and on-campus specialists Chance to mentor advanced practice providers and clinic staffCompensation & Benefits: Base salary starting at $600,000+, based on skills and experience (2-year guarantee) $50,000 signing bonus Up to $100,000 in student loan repayment over five years Relocation assistance provided Annual bonus based on quality and efficiency metrics CME allowance provided Full benefits including:
