Service Now Technical Architect

Job Responsibilities:

* Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.
* Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
* Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.
* Collaborates with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs App Exchange, etc).
* Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the Service Now platform.
* Escalation Point for technical issues.
* Solution components that are outside of the Service Now platform.
* Programmatic design.
* Security.
* Integration and data migration.
* End to End Technical Solution.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of design and implementation experience in IT.
* 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Service Now Technical Architect role.
* 2+ years of experience working in Service Now.
