As a Cloud Operations and Maintenance Engineer at Accenture Federal Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and enhancement of AWS cloud infrastructure supporting federal clients.

You will ensure system reliability, security, and compliance by applying your deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud best practices. Collaboration across cybersecurity, platform, and development teams is key to ensuring seamless integration and adherence to stringent security requirements. The role requires setting up appointments with future customers, explaining the AWS Cloud Environment to them, answering questions, and then helping them build their Cloud CONOPS, Network Diagram, Logical Diagrams, and assistance with onboarding to the AWS Cloud.

• 5 years of cloud support experience
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting complex cloud issues such as, but not limited to OS logs, DNS, Active Directory, kernel and hypervisor errors, and networking blockages

• RHEL skills desired

• Active TS/SCI clearance required to start

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

$111,900—$150,100 USD
