Experienced Flatbed Tow Truck Operator

Location:

Sugar Land, TX 77498

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, no nights, occasional Saturdays

Pay: $18-25 per hour – based on experience

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Flatbed Tow Truck Operator to join our team. This position is Not For Hire work — you are not chasing accidents, customer calls, or roadside events. Your primary responsibility will be transporting vehicles between facilities in a safe, professional, and timely manner.

• Minimum 3 years of professional tow truck experience (Flatbed, wheel lift, self-loader, tow dolly, or repo industry experience encouraged)
• Valid TDLR Tow Operator License
• Clean MVR and ability to pass random drug tests
• Age 24+ (insurance requirement)
• Class B CDL preferred but not required
• Must possess or be able to acquire a DOT medical card
• Ability to hook, load, and unload vehicles without physical restrictions
• Experience operating Flatbed wreckers
• Experience operating Wheel lifts
• Experience operating 4 Car Flatbed wrecker
• Strong communication skills and reliability

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with dispatch/office staff
• Safely operate a flatbed wrecker with wheel lift, including double-loading vehicles
• Transport vehicles from one lot to another
• Perform all tasks in accordance with company safety protocols
• Conduct routine maintenance and pre-trip/post-trip inspections
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely at all times
