We are a well‑established mechanical contracting firm with nearly 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive solutions across a wide range of commercial and institutional projects. We offer services including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, sheet metal, building automation systems, and ongoing maintenance.

As an experienced technician on our team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, commissioning, and maintaining BAS systems. The role involves troubleshooting control systems, performing maintenance and upgrades, interpreting technical documentation, and collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

• 2+ years of Building automation/HVAC controls experience
• 2+ years of BAS/DDC/HVAC Controls experience
• Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
  Schneider Electric, Distech, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Automated Logic, Tridium Niagara

• BAS programming experience
• Systems Integration
• Tridium Niagara N4 certification
• Johnson Controls systems or Distech
• BACnet communication
