Payflex Terminal is seeking a results-driven Inside Appointment Setter to join our growing sales support team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, sparking interest in our Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients using provided leads.
Qualify leads based on interest, need, and decision-making ability.
Schedule appointments for outside sales reps to present product demos.
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and scheduled appointments in CRM.
Follow up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handoffs.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Familiarity with POS systems or the payments industry is a plus.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
