As a Sales Associate trainee, you will begin as a Delivery Specialist for no longer than 90 days, becoming a product knowledge expert of all the Best In Class Mercedes‑Benz models. You will be interfacing directly with clients during the delivery process, as you teach them all the features of their brand‑new Mercedes‑Benz at the time of delivery.
As you manage the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a Delivery Specialist, you will further your product and process training to move into the role of a Certified Mercedes‑Benz Sales Associate, assisting our valued clients in all aspects of identifying and purchasing the Mercedes‑Benz of their dreams, delivering an unparalleled purchase experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or 2 years of experience in luxury retail, product specialist or similar role
- Excellent written, electronic and verbal communication
- Professionalism, organization and customer‑relationship building skills
- Valid in‑state driver's license
Salary: $3500.00 per month
