We’re seeking a highly motivated, results-driven team member to join the Orange theory Fitness Afterburn Coaching Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional member experience, excels in community engagement, and thrives in a dynamic, game-changing fitness environment.

• Demonstrate dedication to ensuring maximum member experience satisfaction.
• Consistently strive for and achieve outstanding member service while meeting key performance standards.
• Promote enthusiasm for fitness and the OTF brand by assisting new members to embark on their fitness journey.
• Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests through answering questions, resolving concerns, and ongoing outreach regarding membership status.
• Ensure a friendly, helpful, and inclusive experience for all members and guests.
• Deliver an exceptional and versatile sales and service experience that inspires members to pursue fitness goals within our community.
• Maintain a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests.

• Positive, genuine, and passionate – self‑motivated, eager to learn, and sincerely cares about the well‑being of others.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer service focus and a willingness to deliver above and beyond levels of service.
• 1+ years of related experience in a similar role.

Pay: $14.00/Hour

Hours per week: 20-40, 25 or more preferred
