This is an on-site, full-time Assistant Manager role at Zales in First Colony Mall, located in Sugar Land, TX. The Assistant Manager will support the store team in achieving sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandising standards, and executing store operations smoothly. They will also assist in staff development, provide training and guidance, and uphold the company’s brand values to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support team members in achieving sales and service objectives.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution abilities to foster positive customer experiences and address concerns effectively.
• Proven sales expertise, with a focus on achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.
• Experience in retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and store procedures.
• A passion for fine jewelry, retail, and creating meaningful customer interactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail industry requirements.
• Prior experience in retail management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
