Team Sales Lead

Rally House is a specialty retail store that carries all things local. We are looking for part‑time leadership talent who enjoy working for a growing organization and who thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment. As a Team Sales Lead you will energize the floor, coach teammates, and contribute to a store that feels like game day every day.

• Staffing: shift management and leading others
• Customer service: ensure the customer remains the top priority
• Delivery of results: inventory control and selling strategies
• Merchandising: meet Rally House visual standards, floor moves, merchandising, and game‑planning/execution

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1‑2 years of retail experience (training and coaching experience preferred)
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events
• Seeking a long‑term position with advancement potential within store leadership
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand, walk, talk or hear, use hands and arms; frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds

Hourly pay: $14.00 - $16.00
