Overview
An established and growing partner hospital in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. This practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including modern diagnostic equipment like digital radiographs and a dedicated surgery suite.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of veterinary care
- Support the development of support staff through the clinic’s Level Up clinical training program
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and promote the human-animal bond
- Manage a wide variety of cases and prioritize patient care effectively
- Perform physical exams
, diagnostic tests
, surgeries
, and create treatment plans - Educate clients on animal health
, treatments, and preventive care
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong clinical and surgical skills
, with a commitment to high-quality care - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
