Associate Veterinarian

Overview

An established and growing partner hospital in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their dynamic team. This practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including modern diagnostic equipment like digital radiographs and a dedicated surgery suite.

• Provide leadership and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of veterinary care
• Support the development of support staff through the clinic’s Level Up clinical training program
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and promote the human-animal bond
• Manage a wide variety of cases and prioritize patient care effectively
• Perform physical exams
  , diagnostic tests
  , surgeries
  , and create treatment plans
• Educate clients on animal health
  , treatments, and preventive care

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
  , with a commitment to high-quality care
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
