Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Location: Houston, TX

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30pm

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000.00 DOE

Benefits: This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Description
  • Monitor staffing outages and execute strategies to ensure centers are fully staffed and adequately staffed with qualified personnel.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate all staffing outages with a sense of urgency to ensure coverage options are discussed internally as needed.
  • Maintain exceptional communication regarding outages with corporate nursing, client services, regional nurse managers, and sites accordingly.
  • Serve on an after-hours on call rotation for the staffing hotline.
  • Verify employee timecards to ensure accuracy of time worked, labor allocation management, and on call/call back hours entry completed by the employee.
  • Assist with management of department operations and expense reporting for nurse field personnel in accordance with payroll and accounting deadlines.
  • Ensure employee confidentiality related to personal and/or health concerns are protected.
  • Comfortable managing complex situations utilizing critical thinking skills and established professional relationships with managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
