We’re looking for a Catalog & Site Product Performance Associate to lead the day‑to‑day execution and strategy of product merchandising, content strategy and improvement, analytics, SEO, and cross‑functional collaboration for our eCommerce and B2B golf channels.
This is an on‑site position
. Our office is in Sugar Land, TX. This is an important role tasked with elevating every product and category touchpoint to improve conversion, traffic, and customer experience – across all sales channels (DTC website, Marketplace sales channels, and emerging platforms).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end product catalog, including launching product listings, categories, bundles, filters, inventory, and pricing.
  • Drive continuous SKU optimization
    , focusing on conversion, searchability, click‑through rate, and content clarity.
  • Ensure new product launches and category re‑merchandising are strategically executed to maximize visibility and performance.
  • Oversee content enrichment (imagery, copy, specs, FAQs, videos, reviews) to build a best‑in‑class buying experience.
  • Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to provide insightful SKU‑level analysis that improves margin, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction, stock status, and inventory management.
  • Build and manage site tests (A/B, multivariate) on product detail pages (PDPs), category layouts, filters, schema, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Partner with SEO agency to optimize category and product pages with keyword strategy, meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and crawlability enhancements.
  • Identify and/or utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to automate catalog updates, content creation, and product classification
    .
  • Improve and expand website content to support better customer experience, and scale blog content to increase blog and website traffic.
  • Introduce scalable workflows and documentation for catalog onboarding, merchandising QA, and seasonal rollouts.
  • Constantly assess industry trends and ecommerce innovations to evolve our merchandising and CX strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business. MBA preferred.
  • Must have 3 to 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, product performance, or catalog management experience.
  • Expertise in product content optimization, on‑site SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with tools like Magento, GA4, Excel/Sheets, and ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd‑party agencies (SEO, content, dev, design).
  • Photography, and Photoshop or similar design experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of product taxonomy, data structuring, and user experience design principles.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who balances tactical execution with long‑term vision.
  • Experience with or interest in AI tools, schema development, and marketing solutions to improve conversion, traffic, and customer experience – across all sales channels.
  • Passion for golf is a Plus.
