Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in an electronics production environment. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient product delivery, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Description- Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings with team members to review tasks and safety requirements.
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and competency levels.
- Maintain and monitor equipment performance, reporting any problems, malfunctions, or deviations.
- Plan and perform routine maintenance activities for equipment at the designated location.
- Ensure equipment and production processes meet operational demands and schedules.
- Assist in maintaining shop equipment and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational processes.
- Participate in equipment failure investigations when required.
- Apply manufacturing system principles and tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Ability to identify electronic components.
- Hands‑on experience with SMT production equipment.
- Experience operating:
Screen printers, Pick‑and‑place machines, Reflow ovens. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team‑based manufacturing environment.
- Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- $20 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors).
