Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Friday, 06:00 AM 02:00 PM
Weekend Work: May be required as needed

Job Overview

The Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic products. This role involves working with printed circuit boards, identifying electronic components, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The candidate should be comfortable using hand tools, microscopes, and following detailed assembly procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components across different product lines using appropriate tools and fixtures.
  • Perform testing of assembled products and ensure functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and product testing.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and design drawings.
  • Identify electronic components and ensure correct assembly.
  • Use hand tools and rework techniques during the assembly process.
  • Operate assembly equipment and maintain proper tolerances for mechanical parts.
  • Maintain accurate labor records for all work transactions.
  • Follow manufacturing system principles to support continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of assembly experience.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Language:

  • English proficiency required.

Certification:

  • IPC-610 certification required.
Required Skills
  • Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly and soldering
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings
  • Electronic component identification
  • Understanding of quality standards
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
Key Abilities
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Identify soldering defects and perform rework when required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
