Details- $20 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract
- Onsite in Sugar Land, TX
- 6am - 2pm M-F

- High School Diploma required
- 2-3 years of relevant quality, manufacturing, or electronics experience
- Advanced English proficiency required
- IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification required
- Experience with soldering and electronics manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of metrology and measurement systems
- Experience with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing environments
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and PC application proficiency
- Ability to follow inspection procedures, test plans, and quality standards
- Ability to document inspection and test results accurately
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (on-site role)
- Availability to work 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections on documentation, parts, components, materials, subassemblies, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform manufacturing and engineering tests according to established procedures and standard work
- Use calibrated measurement systems to verify accuracy and product quality
- Assist with designing, setting up, and executing tests and testing fixtures
- Ensure all inspection and testing activities are performed safely
- Participate in hazard analysis and risk control activities related to testing and inspection
- Perform calibration of measurement systems when authorized
- Follow inspection procedures, test plans, and standard work guidelines
- Document and report results of inspections and tests
- Monitor and verify consistency and stability of test results over time
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System tools and principles
