Corrugate Tech

Job Summary

The corrugate tech oversees towing and emptying trash and cardboard carts as they fill through the shift.

• Operates Industrial Lift and/or Tugger to assist in loading or moving materials for yardage.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Must learn to bale cardboard, run a trash compactor, and operate two tractors to keep production running smoothly.

• Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area in a distribution or fulfillment center to be disposed of.
• Utilize power industrial trucks (PIT) to collect corrugate and recycle from one designated area to another within the site.
• Operate baler, auger, and trash compactor; sweep floors; support cleaning team; empty trash and wood bins throughout the site.
• Corrugate Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
• This role will require you to be constantly on the move for up to a 12-hour shift in some locations.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

• 1 year of similar work experience
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
