• Leading a customer-centric team at a tax office, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent client service.
• Developing team members through training and coaching.
• Partnering with management on growth plans, recruitment, and community involvement.
• Managing schedules, resolving client issues, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Preparing tax returns and conducting performance reviews.

• Experience in customer service or supervisory roles.
• 2+ years as a Tax Professional (preferred).
• Ability to pass the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or higher.
