• Provide hands‑on leadership and strategic direction to ensure alignment with Caring Senior Service’s mission and values

• Lead day‑to‑day operations, including client care, caregiver recruitment and retention, scheduling, and compliance

• Drive business growth through marketing, sales, and relationship‑building with referral partners and the community

• Develop and execute business plans to meet revenue and growth goals

• Build and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth

• Establish trust‑based relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations

• Monitor performance metrics and financial reports to improve efficiency and outcomes

• Serve as the face of the agency, strengthening Caring Senior Service’s reputation in the local market

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development

• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities

• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset

• Ability to thrive in a start‑up or growth‑focused environment

• Knowledge of senior care or home care operations preferred

• Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and performance tracking

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
