Overview

The Redevelopment Department is a catalyst for transformative, city-led reinvestment and redevelopment initiatives, shaping the future in alignment with bold, long-term growth objectives. As a visionary leader, the Redevelopment Planning Manager designs and executes dynamic redevelopment strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and adaptive planning to drive sustainable progress. This position builds and maintains professional relationships with all stakeholders to ensure collaborative, high-impact outcomes that redefine the City’s landscape.

We pay our Planning Managers a starting salary of $87,484 – $100,609 depending on your qualifications and experience.
