What You Will Be Doing

• Supervises, trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.
• Ensures orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies needed to prevent shortages.
• Counts cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages and prepares bank deposit statements.
• Supervises, trains and motivates team members.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.
• Has reliable transportation.
