The Speech and Language Pathologist position is responsible for the direct implementation and collaboration with assigned patients and will work closely with the behavior analyst to ensure each patient receives quality therapeutic care. The role is a Full‑Time position supporting clients on‑site at our Sugar Land, TX clinic. Compensation: $75,000 annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group services
• Co‑treat with other team members
• Consult with caregivers

Part‑time and hourly positions are also available for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with autism
