Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Lead Mobile Assessor Clinician are to provide mental health assessments for contracted facilities. This position will assist the support functions of the Mobile Assessment Department. The essential functions of this position are those tasks, duties, and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job’s purpose and objectives. Essential functions are critical or fundamental to the performance of the job.

They are the major functions for which the person in the job is held accountable. Performs other related duties as assigned. The Lead Mobile Assessor Clinician reports and is accountable to the Director of Mobile Assessors.

Education and Training

Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where the hospital resides. Current BLS certification is required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.

Experience

Experience: At least one year of nursing experience that includes clinical, administrative, and scheduling oversight.
