ResponsibilitiesSupport the accurate entry and reconciliation of brokerage trades and financial transactions while assisting with daily operational processes that enable timely settlement and reporting of trades.
- Enter and verify trade deals and transaction details into internal systems with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Perform daily reconciliations of trades, cash positions, and records to ensure internal systems match external broker/dealer or clearing data
- Investigate and help resolve discrepancies, including documenting findings for review
- Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports and related documentation
- Collaborate with operations, accounting, and technology teams to support efficient trade support workflows
- Assist with month-end closing processes and periodic audits as required.
- Entry-level (0–2 years); internship experience considered.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new software systems)
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred).
