Entry Level Brokerage Deal Entry & Reconciliations Clerk

Support the accurate entry and reconciliation of brokerage trades and financial transactions while assisting with daily operational processes that enable timely settlement and reporting of trades.

• Enter and verify trade deals and transaction details into internal systems with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, cash positions, and records to ensure internal systems match external broker/dealer or clearing data
• Investigate and help resolve discrepancies, including documenting findings for review
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports and related documentation
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, and technology teams to support efficient trade support workflows
• Assist with month-end closing processes and periodic audits as required.

• Entry-level (0–2 years); internship experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new software systems)
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred).
