Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sugar Land, TX, for a Montessori Certified Lead Teacher. The lead teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons, guiding and managing classroom activities, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of children. The role also involves creating a safe and welcoming learning environment and fostering communication with parents and caregivers to ensure the overall development of each student.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Lesson Planning and developing tailored educational programs
  • Background in Education and expertise in teaching methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Teaching and Training skills to nurture and develop young learners
  • Montessori certification from a recognized institution is required
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
  • Passion for nurturing creativity and individual learning
  • Organizational skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
