** A well-established and growing community health clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong, adaptable physician who values continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and long-term growth within a practice.

*** Established outpatient clinic opened in 2018
* Current team includes:+ 1 Physician+ 5 Medical Assistants+ 1 Clinical Nurse
* Single clinic location with planned expansion to a 6,000 sq. ft. facility in Summer 2026
