Why This Role Is Different:Most customer success jobs are glorified help desks. This one is not. You'll build real relationships with clinic owners and teams across the country, helping them use our platform to grow their businesses and motivate their staff. Instead of managing support tickets, you'll help clients succeed and expand their use of the platform.
The Company:We build software that helps healthcare and wellness businesses grow. Our platform connects directly to the systems clinics already use — EHRs, POS systems, and patient management software, and helps turn everyday activity into measurable business growth. We work with healthcare facilities clinics across the country and are growing quickly.
The Role:As Customer Lead Manager
, you'll be the primary contact for our clinic partners. You'll guide new clients through onboarding, help them get the most out of the platform, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth.
- Onboard new clinic clients and guide them through setup and first campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clinic owners and office managers.
- Monitor client usage and proactively identify opportunities or risks.
- Gather product feedback and share insights with our team.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
This role includes occasional travel across the country (1–2 trips per month). All travel expenses are covered by the company.
Who You Are:- 1–3 years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and comfortable working with new technology.
- Comfortable traveling for conferences and client visits.
