Job Description Position Summary We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team.

The Plumbing Estimator is responsible for evaluating bid specifications and analyzing blueprints, proposals, and related documentation to successfully bid plumbing service projects.

The right candidate will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Inspect project plans and specifications Evaluate bid documents, blueprints, and related materials Prepare transmittals and distribute plans/specifications during the bid process Plan and perform detailed quantity take-offs and complete project scope reviews Prepare master budgets and cost models for assigned projects Provide accurate project estimates and cost abstracts Communicate with employers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other involved parties to review estimates and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy of all estimate records

Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel experience strongly preferred) Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach Visual ability to read printed materials and computer screens Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Work Environment Primarily office-based environment Moderate noise level consistent with a professional office setting Occasional visits to job sites may be required, which may involve exposure to construction environments, varying weather conditions, and standard construction site hazards Must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures License Required Yes
