Deliver It is looking for a driven Administrative Assistant to help provide high‑level support to the Executive Leadership team. Additionally, as needed, you will assist with coordinating shipments for our refrigerated, frozen, and biologics products—both domestically and internationally.

What You’ll Do- Help serve as the patients’ and customers’ first point of contact—answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Help take the initiative in administrative duties and projects as business needs evolve.
- Assist in partnering with procurement to keep customer orders moving smoothly.
- Track and monitor shipments using digital tools across multiple channels.
- Help build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Help prep and package products to meet shipping, travel, and compliance requirements.
- Purchase, track, and restock inventory to maximize efficiency.
- Help keep the warehouse organized, compliant, and ready for action.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and light analysis as needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or similar field of study is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- A true team player who can also run with projects independently.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
