The Audit Manager leads and oversees multiple audit engagements for a diverse client base, including privately held companies and public entities. This role is responsible for driving engagement quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering audits on schedule while providing strategic leadership throughout the audit lifecycle.

Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, the Audit Manager provides insight on complex accounting and reporting matters and plays a critical role in developing and mentoring high-performing audit teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Active U.S. CPA license.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience.
• Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and solid knowledge of U.S. GAAS.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks, including SOX compliance.
• Experience with PCAOB audits and SEC reporting requirements preferred.
