Job Summary:

Intellistars ABA is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children and families. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Sugar Hill, GA. As a RBT, you will play a crucial role in helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs in one-on-one settings with children in their homes, as assigned

• Collect and record data on child behavior, progress, and treatment strategies

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and modify treatment plans

• Communicate regularly with families and other team members to ensure consistent and effective care

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection and reporting

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Education: Certificate in Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) program or related field

• Experience: 0 years of experience, with on-the-job training provided

• Certifications: RBT certification, with willingness to obtain and maintain current certification

Working Conditions:

• Work environments may include home settings, with occasional travel to office locations

• May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain professional liability insurance
