Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office, lobby, loading dock, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access points and credentialing processes, help to deter unauthorized entry, and coordinate visitor check-in and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting onsite leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders;
Document routine activity and incidents through detailed reports, including observations from patrols, access control activity, and security-related system alerts
