Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter routes;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or fire and alarm activations;
Control access at designated points, verify identification and/or authorization, assist with visitor directions;
Document activities, incidents, and patrol findings in written and/or electronic reports
