Security Officer - Unarmed

Position: Security Officer - Unarmed Full Time
Allied Universal - Up to $17.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following site-specific procedures, access requirements, and/or emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.;
Monitor entrances, gates, and/or surveillance systems where assigned, reporting unusual conditions and helping to maintain orderly movement of people and vehicles.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and electronic systems, and communicate status updates during shift briefings and/or supervisor check-ins.
