Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager;
Unload trucks and stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays;
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide exemplary customer service;
Operate cash register and handle payments; collect payment and make change;
Open and/or close the store under direction of the Area Manager; monitor cash levels and ensure cashier accountability
