• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and company safety requirements.
• Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and celebrate achievements; productivity-based wage increases available.

• Act as the face of the organization and represent our values to customers and team members.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Training will be provided; prior inventory experience is not required.
• Desired:
  Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, or Warehouse work.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking.
• Frequent use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching; occasional ladder use.
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
