Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and are responsible for all primary duties in the Manager’s absence.

• Brand (30%) – Supervise and support associate daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc. Act as main point of contact for customer issues and concerns.
• People (30%) – Engage, train and develop the team; recruit; identify strengths and opportunities; coach or counsel; hold team accountable to company policies; maintain positive associate relations; foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
• Operations (30%) – Execute all company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement. Support digital strategies such as Omni‑channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS), inventory ordering, payroll, opening/closing procedures, and projects.
• Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) – Ensure a safe environment, enforce policies, protect assets, follow inventory and cash control procedures, analyze reporting tools, and comply with HAZMAT training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience (preferred)
• At least 1+ year prior management experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives
• Effective communication with team and management
• Need scheduling availability to meet business needs
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required

The position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. Work may require travel to other stores and standard safety precautions for retail environments.
