Fenn Wright is a multidiscipline firm, specialising in residential sales and lettings, commercial agency, rural, water and leisure property services, RICS valuations, building consultancy and property management. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent administration skills to assist our Rural, Water & Leisure and Marketing teams, primarily based in our Woodbridge office with some travel to our Head Office in Stanway. With an interesting and varied workload, this position would ideally suit someone who is able to use their own initiative, with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails relating to property enquiries
  • Maintaining internal databases and systems
  • Preparing property marketing brochures
  • Assisting with online marketing ie: website, Rightmove etc.
  • Creating property plans
  • Diary management, arranging meetings and viewings
  • Estate and property management duties
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering merchandise
  • Responding to and sharing reviews
  • Proofreading

Experience:

  • Previous administration experience is preferred and an interest in property would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Good telephone manner
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work calmly and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and Publisher.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
