Advanced Practice Provider - Sentara Cardiology

Sentara Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our General Cardiology team at Belle Harbour in Suffolk, Virginia
. This full-time role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, providing the opportunity to collaborate with physicians in the hospital while also managing patients independently in the clinic.

Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule:
  Monday Friday, 7:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (1 2 days in office)

• Inpatient care at Sentara Obici Hospital and Sentara Care Plex Hospital

• Outpatient clinic with independent patient management

• Average patient panel of 15 per day

• Weekend rotation: 1 in 5 weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 11:00 a.m.)

• Rotating call schedule: once every two weeks (nights, phone only not in person)

• Duties include general follow-ups and new patient visits
