Overview

Sentara Louise Obici Hospital is hiring a Supervisor, Patient Care Services for the Intensive Care Unit
. The Supervisor supports the manager in overseeing all patient care activity on assigned nursing unit(s). They ensure high standards of care, coordinate daily nursing activities, and facilitate communication between medical teams. The Supervisor assists with training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.

• Oversee all patient care activity on assigned nursing unit(s)

• Assist with training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of nursing experience
• 1 year of nursing leadership experience
