Amcor - - Responsibilities:
Set-up presses to attain standard speeds with minimal scrap rate;
Set- up print jobs and maintain quality of print throughout the run performing wash-ups of plates and blankets, adjusting print pressures, and registration as needed;
Verify production paperwork for accuracy before, during, and after run;
Record production, scrap, and downtime on travelers;
Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain efficient production and report any problems to Printing Supervisor or Maintenance
