The RoleAs General Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice. You will ensure the smooth running of client services, manage staff performance, and support the partners in driving efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support staff, including workload allocation, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain and improve internal processes to enhance client service delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Assist partners with strategic planning, compliance, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and professional guidelines.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
EssentialSkills & Experience:
- Previous management experience within an accountancy practice or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of accountancy practice operations and compliance requirements.
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with accounting software programmes and practice management software.
