The Hotel Folk
have a fantastic opportunity for a
Central Night Manager
to join their friendly team, working across all six of their hotels in the beautiful Suffolk countryside.
This is a key role responsible for the safe operation of our hotels during the overnight shifts whilst ensuring our guests receive our signature blow-your-socks-off hospitality experience!
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a senior hotel role, preferably within a front office or night management capacity. Previous experience of working in a role where there was specific responsibility for security of premises and health & safety of employees and/or guests is also required. Experience of food & beverage service would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided.
This critical leadership role ensures the safety and security of guests and staff, delivers exceptional customer service, manages all front office functions, and completes essential duties to ensure the hotel is ship shape for the next business day. The role is required to work flexibly across all six Hotel Folk locations, so a valid driving license and own transportation is essential.
