Job Responsibilities- Manage inventory for assigned units/locations; develop min/max and PAR’s based on lead time, frequency, and usage.
- Collaborate with clinical team to build new PAR locations and update existing locations based on clinical needs.
- Perform daily rounds with NM's or clinical leads to give and receive feedback.
- Handle all supply conversions and new item additions; work with OPI and VA teams to resolve MBO, allocation, or constrained items.
- Communicate with the Data Team to ensure correct UOM and item specifications are added/updated in People Soft.
- Receive, unload, and load hospital supplies and equipment; verify accuracy and count of items received.
- Make special pickups/deliveries of time‑related materials.
- Operate pallet jack and other material handling equipment to pick supplies and equipment from stock safely and efficiently.
- Ensure supplies and equipment delivered to end users or for the program are accounted for accurately.
- Make deliveries of requested supplies for patient care areas throughout the offsite location; obtain appropriate signatures when issuing/delivering supplies.
- Maintain par‑stock carts accurately filled to appropriate stock level; keep carts, closets, rooms neat and regulatory requirements met.
- Maintain inventory levels by checking shelves, restocking supply carts, and maintaining supply records.
- Receive, load, and unload pallets, carts, and boxes of supplies and ultimately deliver them to the requester and appropriate PAR/storage location.
- Report all discrepancies such as over‑shipment, shortages, damages, incorrect catalog numbers, and PO information to the Buyer or Data team for intervention; maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience. 0–1 or more years of project management or procurement experience or supply chain experience in an acute care facility, healthcare, or related environment. PC literacy required with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications3 years of supply chain, project management, or procurement experience in an acute care facility, healthcare, or related environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computerized inventory management and warehousing systems such as barcode and handheld scanning devices. Strong attention to detail, accurate record‑keeping, and professional interactions with clinical customers and supply chain staff. Demonstrates ability to function successfully in stressful situations and exhibits courteous, compassionate and respectful treatment of internal and external customers.

Salary range: $66,300.00–$ annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. Salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
