We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and fully engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

• Lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for patients and residents.
• Maintain an unwavering commitment to quality care and to making a positive difference in the lives of others, including a commitment to Resident Rights.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, engage and retain quality teammates.
• Execute operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.

• An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Supervising
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year (Preferred).
• Experience in performance management and effective leadership.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
