We are recruiting!
Role: SEND Project Lead
Contract Length: 3 months initially
Working Pattern/Onsite Requirements: Mon-Fri, 5 days per week, 2 days onsite in the office
Our client is looking for an experienced SEND Project Lead to support delivery of key improvement activity across Children and Young People’s Services, with a particular focus on SEND, Families First and wider social care transformation.

- Managing risks, reporting progress and ensuring effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project or programme leadership experience within SEND and/or Children’s Services.
- Proven experience delivering service improvement or change in a local authority setting.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and across multi-agency partnerships.
- Experience using data and evidence to inform decision‑making and improvement activity.
